Shipments and returns
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped with tracking (unless otherwise stated).
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected. If you want to see what your package looks like before it goes out, please use the contact us link.
Due to the nature of our sales, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless there is an error caused by us. We will not issue refunds for stressed packages, bumps, or tears that happen during delivery. If you are purchasing these to collect then please do not purchase as we cannot guarantee the condition of the packaging other than it is authentic and sealed.
